Your First Visit
Before beginning any treatment, you will be scheduled for a new patient appointment with Dr. Lodi which will take approximately two hours. However, we suggest you allow at least three hours in your schedule to complete your visit.
Your initial evaluation will include:
- Taking a thorough medical history
- A comprehensive evaluation of your medical condition
- The discussion of possible treatment options
A considerable portion of the time spent in your first visit will be devoted to communicating what is required to restore your health.
Please bring the following to your first visit:
1. All medical records to include the following:
(at a minimum for the last year)
- Pathology reports from biopsies and surgeries
- Imaging studies, i.e. CAT scan, MRI, Ultrasound, PET scan, PET/Ct
- Most recent laboratory test results (bloodwork)
2. A list of all the medications and dosage you are currently taking
3. Any nutritional supplements you are currently taking (bring bottles)
If time allows, a physical examination will be done. If not, you will be asked to return the next day to complete the exam. You will also meet with our staff to review all components of your treatment plan including all costs and financial considerations, diet, and nutritional supplements.
